At Embrace the Difference®, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with easy returns and exchanges.
Returns
We accept returns within [30 days] of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging, with all tags attached.
- Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
To start a return, please email us at Hello@embracethedifference.org with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We’ll notify you via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within [5–10 business days].
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you received free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Custom engraved or personalized items
- Final sale or clearance items
- Any item returned after [30 days] of delivery
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
You may use any trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
